Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall quality strategy across manual testing, automation, and service-level validation for web, mobile, and backend systems

• Own test planning, test strategy, and release quality governance across multiple teams and services

• Drive high-quality manual testing practices, including exploratory testing, feature validation, and risk-based testing for complex workflows

• Coordinate test execution across feature teams, ensuring strong coverage and release readiness

• Architect and improve scalable automation frameworks for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Own and optimize CI/CD automation pipelines (CircleCI/Jenkins) for reliable test execution

• Act as a Test Manager, managing defect triage, test planning, and release readiness with Engineering and Product teams

• Mentor Quality Engineers in manual testing excellence and automation best practices

• Drive AI-assisted testing workflows to accelerate test design and coverage

• Lead initiatives to improve test coverage, defect prevention, and overall product quality

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with leadership or test management experience

• Strong experience in manual testing, exploratory testing, and end-to-end feature validation

• Proven experience in test planning, test strategy definition, and release quality management

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Deep experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Appium

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices

• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with performance testing using JMeter

• Exposure to AI-assisted QE tools/workflows is a strong advantage

• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certifications preferred
