We’re building the operating system for foodservice distribution, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help accelerate product adoption, drive demand, and scale our marketing engine.
THE ROLE
As a Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind product launches, demand generation campaigns, and marketing execution across the Cut+Dry platform. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends product marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation. You’ll work at the intersection of product, growth, and sales to ensure our solutions reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in AI-powered marketing, an expert in HubSpot, and experienced with in-app engagement platforms like Appcues and Beamer.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Own the launch and adoption of new products by collaborating with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams
- Collect, analyze, and act on consumer feedback to identify trends, improve product offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Manage and enhance platform user experiences (e.g., Appcues, Beamer) to ensure usability and effectiveness
Content & Demand Generation
- Create and source end-user marketing content, knowledge base articles, and resources for nationwide distribution
- Develop, manage, and publish compelling case studies showcasing success stories from distributors, highlighting product impact and driving stakeholder engagement
- Identify and create content to drive demand at every stage of the prospect journey
- Create collateral to support the sales and customer-facing teams
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Explore new ways to engage and generate inbound leads
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
Events & Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with event planning, including working with team members, vendors, and design teams during pre, during, and post-show activities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology platforms
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, reporting, and automation)
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and strategies for marketing execution, content creation, personalization, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with product marketing platforms such as Appcues, Beamer, or similar in-app engagement tools
- Strong product marketing background—ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions
- Proven track record planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, events)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with experience creating case studies, sales collateral, and knowledge base content
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in foodservice, distribution, or supply chain technology
- Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) strategies
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma
- Background in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns
