Disrupt the $500B+ food industry by leading cross-functional teams to solve hard customer and business problems at a high-growth startup. As an individual contributor, you will own product value and viability while using data-driven logic to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable market results.

The Mission

Forget "feature factories." We empower our teams to tackle the toughest customer and business puzzles. You will lead a cross-functional, durable "squad" of designers and engineers to build solutions that users love and our business rewards.

Your core objective is to master the "Four Risks" of Product:

  • Value: Will customers choose to buy or use this?

  • Viability: Does this solution work within our business constraints?

  • Usability: Can the user figure out how to use it? (Led by Design)

  • Feasibility: Can we actually build it? (Led by Engineering)

What You’ll Own as a PM

As the Product Manager, you are the ultimate guardian of Value and Viability. This isn't just about managing a backlog; it's about being a strategic business leader:

  • Business Intelligence: You’ll master the constraints of marketing, sales, finance, legal, and privacy to ensure our products win.

  • User Advocacy: You’ll dive deep into user data and customer engagement to truly understand our audience.

  • Market Strategy: You’ll track industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep us three steps ahead.

  • Outcome over Output: We don’t just ship code; we deliver results. You’ll lead through influence, data, and logic to move the needle for our customers and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for an individual contributor who thrives on discovery and high-stakes problem-solving.

  • Experience: 2+ years in technology-powered products (PM, Design, Engineering, or Data).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • The PM Toolkit: A deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.

  • Narrative Mastery: Ability to take complex constraints and turn them into a clear, data-informed, written argument.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A track record of building constructive, high-passion relationships with engineers, designers, and executives.
