Data processed through these AI services remains within our enterprise infrastructure and is subject to the same security controls as the rest of our platform. We instruct our AI providers not to use customer or candidate data for model training, and we confirm this as part of our vendor assessment process.
AI-generated outputs in Rena, including scores, summaries, and recommendations, are designed to support human reviewers. Hiring decisions are made by our customers, not by AI.
